Away from the tourist trails, this tour takes you to the district with the highest building density of Salzburg. Here, the history of social housing can be traced like in no other district. From the Gründerzeit municipal housing to the apartment blocks and high-rises of the post-war period. The current focus is on the densification and new development projects such as the entire area of the Lehen municipal utility.
