- Payment is generally made in cash on-site, but it is also possible to pay in advance by bank transfer.
- In case of delay, please inform us at 0043 (0)699 11608741.
- The Austria Guide will wait up to one hour, and any delays will be deducted from the tour time.
- Cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the tour. After that, up to 24 hours before the start of the tour, a cancellation fee of 100 € will be charged. From this 24-hour period or in case of no-show at the agreed meeting point, the tour is considered conducted, and the full rate must be paid without deduction.
- A flat fee will be charged for additional services such as the organization of buses, bicycles, etc.
- The liability of the Austria Guide is limited to the amount of the agreed fee.
- Participation in a tour is at your own risk.
- The applicable Austrian laws are ABGB, DSVGO, and the place of jurisdiction is Salzburg.
